Red tartan fabric with frill edge. However it is sewn around the edge to keep it from unraveling.
To Attached- glue on the back.
Glue is on the back, using an iron, with stick the patch into place, or handsew.

Place paper or a cloth in between the iron and patch. its to protect the paint.
